How It Started
Caleb Dodge and Drip Gutters, LLC: Where the Company Began
Caleb Dodge started Drip Gutters, LLC with one goal in mind. He wanted property owners to have gutter systems they could rely on, installed by people who would stand behind the work. That goal still shapes every job the company takes on today.
Before the company had a name, Caleb had already spent years watching what happens when water is not handled well. Overflowing gutters soak the ground beside a slab. Loose downspouts dump rain against a wall. Fascia boards rot quietly behind a gutter that never drained the right way.
Drip Gutters, LLC in Sulphur grew out of fixing those problems one property at a time. The business is still run by the same family that started it, and the same standard applies to every call. Show up, do it right, and leave the property better protected than it was before.

Why Water Control Matters So Much in Southwest Louisiana
Southwest Louisiana gets a lot of rain, and it often arrives all at once. A sudden downpour can drop more water on a roof in an hour than a weak gutter system can carry. When the gutters fall behind, that water lands on walkways, flower beds and foundations.
Hurricane season adds another layer. Hurricanes Laura and Delta both struck the Lake Charles area in 2020, only weeks apart, and many roofs, gutters and fascia boards across Calcasieu Parish needed repair afterward. Storms like those remind every property owner how much a sound gutter system matters.
Flat ground and slow drainage make the problem worse. Water that has nowhere to go sits in the yard, creeps toward the slab and stays for days. Our work starts with the roof edge and often continues into the yard, so rain is carried away from the building instead of left to pool beside it.
Warning Signs
Gutter and Drainage Work for Homes and Businesses
We work with both residential and commercial customers, and every property gets a plan built around its own roof lines, slopes and drainage needs. A small home with one problem corner and a commercial building with long runs of gutter need very different answers. Our services cover the full path water takes off a building.
Every job gets the same attention to detail, whether it is a single loose section or a complete system with drainage in the yard. Talk with us about what your property needs.
- Gutter installation for new systems and full replacements
- Gutter guard installation to keep leaves and debris out
- Gutter cleaning and gutter repair for systems already in place
- Fascia repair and coil wrapping to protect the boards behind the gutters
- Drainage solutions, including French drains and downspout work
What We Stand For
The Values Behind Every Drip Gutters, LLC Job
Our approach to each project comes down to a few habits we never skip. They are simple, and they are the reason customers call us back.
Reliability matters more to us than speed. A gutter system that looks fine on day one but fails in the first big storm helps nobody. We would rather take the time to set the slope, secure every hanger and route each downspout correctly, so the system does its job for years to come.
- Show up on time, every time, ready to work
- Communicate clearly before, during and after the job
- Do the job right instead of taking shortcuts
- Build systems that keep performing long after we leave
- Treat every property with the same care, large or small
A Licensed and Insured Gutter Contractor With 10+ Years of Experience
Drip Gutters, LLC is a fully licensed and insured gutter contractor. That protection matters when someone is working on your roof edge, handling ladders and moving materials around your property. You can hire us knowing the job is being handled the proper way.
More than 10 years of experience also means we have seen most of the problems Southwest Louisiana weather can create. We know how a clogged downspout can back water under shingles. We know how a gutter pulled loose by wind can tear the fascia with it, and how standing water in a yard often starts at the roof.
That background helps us spot the real cause of a problem instead of treating the symptom. A repair that fixes the source holds up far longer than a quick patch, and it saves property owners from paying for the same problem twice.

Who started Drip Gutters, LLC?
Caleb Dodge started Drip Gutters, LLC to give property owners gutter systems they can depend on. The company is a local, family-run business based in Sulphur, Louisiana, and it still follows the standard he set at the start: show up on time, communicate clearly and do every job the right way so the system keeps working long after the crew leaves.
How long has Drip Gutters, LLC been working on gutters?
Drip Gutters, LLC brings over 10 years of hands-on experience with gutters and drainage. In that time the team has worked through heavy rain, sudden downpours and hurricane seasons across Southwest Louisiana. That experience helps the crew find the real cause of overflowing gutters, rotting fascia or standing water instead of patching a symptom that comes back with the next storm.
Does Drip Gutters, LLC work with businesses as well as homeowners?
Yes. Drip Gutters, LLC works with both residential and commercial customers. Homeowners call for new gutters, guards, cleaning and drainage fixes, while business owners call about long gutter runs, downspouts and water that collects around parking areas or entrances. Each property gets a plan built around its own roof lines and drainage needs, so the solution fits the building rather than a one size approach.
What makes a local gutter company a good choice?
A local company lives with the same weather its customers do. Drip Gutters, LLC is a 100% local business in Sulphur, so the team knows how fast heavy rain arrives and how long water can sit on flat ground. Local crews also care about their reputation in the community, which means they have every reason to show up on time and do the job right.
